  • Lead and coordinated the designing, planning, and development process for a high-impact, academic field trip that gathered over 300 first-year students, faculty, and staff; planned and coordinated 6 signature student-centered programs that engaged over 500 students

  • Conceived and implemented a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the academic field trip to pave way for higher quality learning experiences for culturally diverse students

  • Work with community council members, faculty, and students to foster a culture of innovation and effective implementation towards common goals of improving the sustainability of the fair

  • Communicates with instructors, administrators, city council members, and outside agencies to coordinate and implement programs and resolve conflicts

  • Utilize and influence resources to pave way for ongoing success of the fair by forging partnerships and relationships with outside entities, including LAUSD, four-year colleges, community organizations, and educators
