The support, guidance, and leadership of the the faculty was displayed through these graduates as they walked across the stage, individually being recognized for their hardwork these past two years. Reflection

The event was a great segway into my final year of this program. The joy and excitement from the graduates made me more thrilled to be entering my final year. I learned a great deal from planning this event - the struggles, the last minute changes, the on-the-spot decisions - all that comes with event planning. Part of the planning involved risk management and making sure all policies and standards were met. I did run into a few problems, but in the end, the help and support from everyone in the committee was outstanding and we all worked countless hours in making this event a great way for the candidates to end their program. My journey to this event started last year, but knowing I'm half way there is a greater motivation to learning and trusting the process.
